It's been quite a while since we had an Etheric Circle for Ninth Wave, the year-long journey that I offer for women who want to deepen their connection to Goddess and to themselves (you can read more about Ninth Wave here). The program consists of a moonthly (at the new moon) collection of webpages that gently guide and support an exploration of your spiritual path, and for the past several years I've offered it in three flavors: Solitary, Supported Solitary (with feedback from a priestess), and Local Circle, for women working together in person in their own location. Recently there have been several inquiries about Etheric Circles as well, so I'm putting it out there to see who else responds to the call!
The Etheric Circle will have a private online mailing group created, where the Wave sisters can share their thoughts and experiences as they move through each moon's work. In circles past, some true friendships have been formed, because the sharing includes things that are close to the spirit, not just surface social exchanges. Past circles have engaged in group rituals that are done offline (of course) but at the same time, so that energy can be felt and used collectively. Some circles have moved beyond electronic communication and sent each other small tokens, such as stones, so that there is a tangible connection to the sisters working together. All in all, it can be a lovely way to come to understand yourself in a more profound way, offer your wisdom and support to others, and celebrate the beauty of being daughters of the Great Mother.
I hope to begin the new Etheric Circle at the new moon on September 18, to use the wonderful autumn equinox energy of deepening. Besides wanting to do the Ninth Wave journey for yourself, you should be willing (actually, more than willing -- excited!) to participate fully with the other Wave sisters, not to be a spectator or just a recipient.
